About Us

Founded over 25 years ago, HJ Ford Associates, Inc. currently operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dynamics Research Corporation and is focused on providing high-quality business transformation and advisory and assistance services to United States Air Force clients, including supporting the critical missions of the Air Force Materiel Command’s Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. HJ Ford is providing support in all phases of the acquisition management process for the following major active ASC programs: the B-2 Spirit and B-1B Lancer bombers; the C-17 Globemaster III airlifter; Reconnaissance, Special Operations Forces, and F/A-22 Raptor fighter-attack aircraft; the F-117A Nighthawk stealth fighter, Predator UAV system, Tanker System Modernization Program; and F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter aircraft.

Our Enterprise Engineering and Facilitation Services are key to assisting agencies or businesses improve their processes to become more efficient and dynamic. HJ Ford has a unique capability with a Decision Support Center to support our clients in the Federal Government, Local Governments and Agencies and commercial concerns. The Decision Support Center provides clients a place to meet with state of the art capability for a variety of critical tasks such as strategic planning, problem resolution, team building and process redesign.

A graduate of the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program in 1997, HJ Ford continues to support the development of small business expertise through SBA and Department of Defense approved mentor-protégé agreements. HJ Ford’s Mentor-Protégé accomplishments were recognized by the U.S. Department of Defense with the prestigious Nunn-Perry Award for excellence in assisting its protégé to build its business, to become ISO-9001:2000 certified, and to obtain and implement a DCAA–approved accounting and financial system.
