We do this by using Marvin Weisbord’s Six-Box Model to Effective Organizations approach.
We use this model because we believe: 1) that successful organizational development and change happen when strong Leadership is the core as it should influence 5 key areas of its organization: Purpose, Structure, Rewards, Helpful Mechanisms, and Relationships 2) that people commit to what they create.
