Establishing requirements for new technology is often an imposing task for the organization. You know you need to upgrade a system, either hardware or software or both, but have limited knowledge of available technology and what you really need to become more effective. We will work with your organization to develop a viable plan for building a set of requirements and then assist in the implementation of that plan. In addition to identifying requirements, the organization must balance the new requirements against available resources, including money, staff, facilities and processes. Each resource type requires unique mitigation responses which HJ Ford personnel are trained to assist their clients implement.
